Paul and his team had so much success preaching the Gospel in Antioch, that it riled up some of the Jews and elites in the city. They expelled Paul and his team from the city, but as they left, they shook off the dust from their feet against the city. Here’s a lesson to learn: You don’t have to be ruffled by opposing things around you. Just deal with it. Life is not all sunshine. We will face negative people, adverse situations, offences, rejections, acceptance, love, hate, persecutions, welcome, and hostilities. Like the Apostle Paul, shake off the dust from your feet against these adversities! This simply means just forget them, let them go, and move on. If they reject you, just walk away from them! There will be another opportunity, another person, another place, or another group whom you can fit into.

Is there some ‘dust’ you need to shake off so you can move on? Shake off the dust!

保罗和他的团队在安提阿传讲福音取得了巨大成功，激怒了该城市的一些犹太人和精英。他们将保罗和他的团队逐出城，但当他们离开时，他们对着城跺 下脚上的尘土。 这是一个值得学习的教训：你不必因周围对立的事物而烦恼。处理一下就可以了。 生活并不全是阳光。 我们会面对消极的人、不利的情况、冒犯、拒绝、接纳、爱、恨、迫害、欢迎和敌对。 像使徒保罗一样，跺 下脚上的尘土来对抗这些逆境！这仅仅意味着忘记他们，让他们走，然后继续前进。 如果他们拒绝你，那就远离他们吧! 将会有另一个机会、另一个人、另一个地方或另一个你可以融入的群体。

Paulus dan rombongannya sangat berhasil dalam memberitakan Injil di Antiokhia, sehingga menimbulkan kemarahan beberapa orang Yahudi dan golongan bangsawan di kota itu. Mereka dihalau dari kota itu, tetapi sebelum berangkat pergi, mereka mengebaskan debu dari kaki sebagai peringatan terhadap kota itu. Ini pengajaran untuk dipelajari: Anda tidak perlu bingung dengan hal-hal yang menentang anda. Uruskan sahaja. Hidup ini bukan sentiasa cerah. Kita akan berdepan  dengan orang yang negatif, situasi buruk, kesalahan, ditolak, diterima, dikasihi, dibenci, dianiaya, disambut, dan dimusuhi. Seperti Rasul Paulus, kebaskan debu dari kaki anda terhadap dugaan ini! Maksudnya lupakan saja, biarkan saja, dan teruskan kehidupan. Jika mereka menolak anda, pergi sahaja daripada mereka! Akan ada peluang lain, orang lain, tempat lain, atau kumpulan lain yang lebih sesuai anda ikuti.

Adakah terdapat ‘debu’ yang perlu anda bersihkan supaya boleh meneruskan kehidupan? Singkirkan debu itu!
