In this story, the miracle is not that Jesus walked on water. He is God! And the miracle is not just that Peter walked on water for a few moments. No, the miracle is that the disciples realised that the Lord of the wind, waves, water, and sea, was standing right in front of them! The disciples thought they knew about Jesus, but that day in the boat, they worshipped Him, saying, “Truly, You are the Son of God.” They now really believed.

How well do you truly believe and worship Him for who He truly is – the Almighty Lord over all?

Dalam kisah ini, mukjizatnya bukanlah bahawa Yesus berjalan di atas air. Dia adalah Tuhan! Dan mukjizat itu bukan sekadar tentang Petrus berjalan di atas air selama beberapa saat. Tidak, mukjizatnya adalah murid-murid menyedari bahawa Tuhan penguasa angin, ombak, air, dan laut, sedang berdiri betul-betul di hadapan mereka! Murid-murid menyangka mereka tahu tentang Yesus, tetapi pada hari itu di dalam perahu, mereka menyembah Dia, sambil berkata, “Sesungguhnya Engkau Anak Tuhan.” Mereka kini benar-benar percaya.

Sejauh manakah anda benar-benar percaya dan menyembah Dia kerana Dia sebenarnya – Tuhan Yang Maha Kuasa di atas segalanya?
