For about three hours “the Law of the Lord their God” was read and taught to them. Note the phrase in parentheses.
It was not the law of Moses or prophets but was accurately established as of the Law of the Lord! As with anything that has to do with the Lord, it must be received and embraced with faith and obedience. To do otherwise would be unprofitable. Apostle Paul teaches how we are to respond to the teaching and preaching of God’s Word. “When you received the word of God which you heard from us, you welcomed it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which also effectively works in you who believe”(1 Thessalonians 2:13). Be discerning, check out the Scriptures, but it is imperative that we learn to heed, recognise the Voice of God speaking to you through the voice of a well-versed, authentic preacher and teacher.
Then for the next three hours, they confessed and worshiped the Lord their God. Confession of sins is necessary, but confession of who the Lord is and the worship of the Lord our God is vital. In our assemblies together, always “Give to the Lord the glory due His name; Bring an offering, and come before Him. Oh, worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness!” (1 Chronicles 16:29)
The educated and extravagant worship of God from congregants is the pathway to spiritual, mental-emotional health, and empowerment.

会众对上帝的有教养且奢华的敬拜，是通往属灵、心理情感健康和赋权的道路。

Ia bukanlah hukum Musa atau nabi tetapi telah ditetapkan dengan tepat sebagai Hukum Tuhan! Seperti apa-apa sahaja yang berkaitan dengan Tuhan, ia mesti diterima dan dipeluk dengan iman dan ketaatan. Jika tidak, ia tidak akan menguntungkan. Rasul Paulus mengajar bagaimana kita harus bertindak balas terhadap pengajaran dan khotbah Firman Tuhan. “Ketika kamu menerima firman Tuhan yang kamu dengar dari kami, kamu menerimanya bukan sebagai firman manusia, tetapi — memang benar-benar firman Tuhan, yang juga bekerja di dalam kamu yang percaya” (1 Tesalonika 2:13). Jadilah bijak, semak Kitab Suci, tetapi adalah penting untuk kita belajar untuk mengindahkan, mengenali Suara Tuhan yang berbicara kepada anda melalui suara seorang pengkhotbah dan guru yang berpengalaman dan tulen.
Kemudian selama tiga jam berikutnya, mereka mengaku dan menyembah Tuhan mereka. Pengakuan dosa adalah perlu, tetapi pengakuan tentang siapa Tuhan dan penyembahan Tuhan kita adalah penting. Dalam perhimpunan kita bersama, sentiasa “Berikanlah kepada Tuhan kemuliaan nama-Nya; Bawalah persembahan dan datanglah ke hadapan-Nya. Sembahlah Tuhan dalam keindahan kekudusan!” (1 Tawarikh 16:29)
Penyembahan Tuhan yang terdidik dan mewah daripada jemaah adalah jalan menuju kesihatan rohani, mental-emosi, dan pemberdayaan.
