In Hebrew “the Lord” is “Yahweh”. 

It means that God is eternal and self–existent. That He is the great, mighty and awesome God. That is only one God, amongst the gods. 

Therefore, whenever we gather in the house of God, we posture with our deepest reverence.

He “is exalted above all blessing and praise.” There are no languages on earth that are proficient enough to describe the worship of God. But God has given us this privilege to ascribe worship of Him and to Him. The Lord is exalted above all the highest of blessings and praise given to the noblest of men and gods alike.

Together with the singers, musicians, sing out to the Lord with all your heart, lift up our hands, humble before God in His sanctuary. This is the way of God’s people in the house of worship.

与歌手、音乐家们一同，全心向主歌唱，举起双手，在神的圣所面前谦卑。这是神子民在敬拜场所的道路。

Dalam bahasa Ibrani “Tuhan” ialah “Yahweh”.

Ini bermaksud bahawa Tuhan itu kekal dan wujud dengan PeribadiNya. Bahawa Dia adalah Tuhan yang besar, perkasa, dan dahsyat. Itulah satu-satunya Tuhan, di antara para dewa yang lain.

Oleh itu, setiap kali kita berkumpul di rumah Tuhan, kita bersikap penuh kehormatan. Dia “ditinggikan di atas segala pujian dan berkat.” Tiada bahasa di bumi yang cukup mahir untuk menggambarkan penyembahan Tuhan. Tetapi Tuhan telah memberi kita keistimewaan ini untuk menganggap penyembahan kepada-Nya dan kepada-Nya. Tuhan ditinggikan di atas segala berkat dan pujian tertinggi yang diberikan kepada manusia dan dewa yang paling mulia.

Bersama-sama dengan para penyanyi, pemuzik, bernyanyilah kepada Tuhan dengan segenap hatimu, angkat tangan kita, rendah hati di hadapan Tuhan di tempat kudus-Nya. Inilah cara umat Tuhan di rumah ibadat.
