The church is likened to the Lord’s physical body on earth – in every age, Christ is manifested by the church; it is the window through which the world can catch a glimpse of Kingdom living, who God is, and how to encounter God. According to these verses, the church is God’s way of manifesting Himself to the world. Therefore, the church is more than just services, facilities, and activities. She is the physical representation of Christ, she is here to manifest who Christ is. Just as in the Lord Jesus, God became flesh, Christ is alive and working in the world today through the witness of the local church.

Today declare, “Just as Christ is one with the church, the church is one with me. Therefore how I live and behave reflects who Christ is to the world.”

教会被比作主在地上的肉体 —— 在每个时代，基督都是由教会彰显的; 它是一扇窗户，通过它，世界可以瞥见国度的生活，上帝是谁，以及如何与上帝相遇。根据这些经文，教会是上帝向世界彰显自己的方式。因此，教会不仅仅是服务、设施和活动。她是基督的肉身代表，她在这里彰显基督是谁。正如在主耶稣里，神道成肉身一样，基督在当今世界活着，通过地方教会的见证而工作。

今天宣告，“正如基督与教会合而为一，教会与我合而为一。因此，我的生活和行为方式反映了基督对世界的身份。”

Gereja disamakan dengan tubuh fizikal Tuhan di bumi – di setiap zaman, Kristus dimanifestasikan oleh gereja; ia adalah tingkap yang melaluinya dunia dapat melihat sekilas tentang kehidupan Kerajaan, siapakah Tuhan dan bagaimana bertemu dengan Tuhan. Menurut ayat-ayat ini, gereja adalah cara Tuhan menyatakan diri-Nya kepada dunia. Oleh itu, gereja adalah lebih daripada sekadar pelayanan, perlengkapan, dan aktiviti. Ia mewakili  Kristus secara fizikal dan juga untuk menyatakan siapakah Kristus. Sama seperti di dalam Tuhan Yesus, Tuhan menjadi manusia, Kristus hidup dan bekerja di dunia hari ini melalui kesaksian gereja lokal.

Hari ini isytiharkan, “Sama seperti Kristus adalah satu dengan gereja, gereja adalah satu dengan saya. Oleh itu, cara hidup dan tingkah laku saya mencerminkan siapakah Kristus kepada dunia.”
