Phillip Deas’ greatest joy continues to be seeing people’s lives transformed by the truth of God’s Word and in turn watching them become world changers. He serves as a John Maxwell Certified Speaker, Trainer and Coach, bringing practical leadership insights and inspiration to management board rooms & conferences alike. He is also a Lead Pastor of the Northpoint Community Church in Louisiana, with over 1,000 Sunday morning attenders. Their mission as a church is to create a Christ-centered, culture-changing community.
Rev Destiny Deas
Destiny Deas is the Vice President of Advancement at Evangel University. She is a Pentecostal preacher, a serial entrepreneur, and author. In addition to her role at Evangel, she is Leadership Pastor at Northpoint Community Church, and an attorney specializing in start-ups and non-profits. Destiny is passionate about helping others find their identity in Christ and purpose in every season of life.
Apostle Dr Naomi Dowdy
If there is one theme that constantly echoes through Dr Naomi Dowdy’s teaching, it is that God is constantly shifting His people from one level to the next. To achieve this, ‘Change’ is her rallying call as she speaks, trains and & inspires church & business leaders to be an effective force for good in the world.
